What can I say, I walked in there an absolute mess not knowing what was wrong with me. I then met Sophie and she changed my life!! I ended up being diagnosed with Meineres Disease. Sophie walked me through the diagnosis and has been with me through my whole journey to recovery and back to feeling normal. I had extensive exercises to do and along with the therapy and medication I am 95% better. I had no idea my vestibular system played a massive part of my recovery. I had diIzziness constantly and fullness in my head. I couldn’t even walk into the supermarket or do day to day tasks it was horrendous but through my therapy with Sophie she changed all of that. Finding this clinic has been an absolute God send for me. After getting very sick in feb 2023, I have suffered daily 10/10 migraines that left all my doctors scratching their heads. I also now have many complex chronic illnesses due to that illness. No medication helped except prescription pain relief. After one session with Sophie my daily migraines were less intense and after the second session I was pain free most mornings. Several weeks in and I am no longer reliant on pain medication and only get headaches when I’m stressed. Not only have my migraines drastically decreased, my POTS symptoms have vanished too (I’m not fainting anymore!) and my fatigue has decreased. My GP has never seen anything like it and has started referring complex cases to Sophie! Thank you so much Sophie for your kindness and expertise and the whole team, this is honestly changing my life and I’m so so grateful to have found this centre! ~ Kate D
I highly recommend Sydney Headache & Migraine Centre. I suffered from migraines for nearly 20 years, and they were getting worse and more frequent before I first visited Rob. The entire team have been accommodating and supportive throughout my journey, creating a welcoming and professional environment that instantly put me at ease and happily answered my questions and offered advice and assistance when i asked. The results have been nothing short of incredible. Thanks to Rob, I haven’t had a migraine in nearly a year!
